Just when Elaine was feeling particularly excited, Kevin shouted, “Don’t worry, everyone, I’ll go talk to them right now. Just wait here for some good news from me.”

Feeling reassured by Kevin’s support, Elaine blurted out, “Kevin, I’m coming with you!”

Charlie quickly interjected, “Mom, it’s best if you don’t get involved. If Kevin can’t fix this, you might end up in trouble too!”

“Ridiculous!” Elaine retorted angrily, “How can someone like you, who is useless, question Kevin’s abilities?”

The other relatives were all relying on Kevin to help them recover their hard-earned money, so when Charlie spoke against him, it naturally bred dissatisfaction among them.

Facing the overwhelming disapproval, Charlie responded calmly, “Mom, you can stay here, but it’s better if you don’t interfere.”

Elaine ignored his suggestion completely and shouted back, “Shut your mouth! What gives you the right to speak here?!”

Kevin’s face was filled with arrogance as he laughed derisively, “You may not have much skill, but you sure are envious. Do you really think I’m some loser like you who can only shout empty slogans?”

Seeing that his mother-in-law was ignoring his advice, Charlie decided to remain silent and stated calmly, “Alright then, I’ll just wait for the good news from Mr. White.”

Charlie had a strong dislike for Elaine. She was too pretentious and often blinded by superficiality. To put it bluntly, she was just an old woman whose long hair did nothing to mask her narrow-mindedness.

Kevin smiled confidently, “It’s alright, Auntie. I won’t stoop to the level of a loser.”

With renewed energy, he declared, “Auntie, let’s head over!”

“Alright!”

Kevin took Elaine by the hand and, together, they walked through the crowd toward the entrance of Axel Insurance Company.

Upon arriving, he shouted loudly at the employees blocking the entrance, “Go tell your superiors to refund these uncles and aunts immediately! If you don’t, I will summon my legal team and the authorities to have you and your boss arrested!”

Elaine chimed in, “Did you hear that? We have support now! If your fraudulent company doesn’t refund the money, be careful, because Mr. White will send you all to jail!”

The young employee at the front appeared nervous and quickly replied, “I’m sorry, I’m just a security guard here and not in charge of any of this!”

Kevin replied coolly, “Then you should call your boss and let him know that I’m Kevin from the White family in Aurous Hill! He needs to come handle this personally, or he will face the consequences!”

As he spoke, Kevin’s expression was filled with arrogance.

Although the White family was not the most powerful in Aurous Hill, they were certainly a well-regarded family.

When the boss of a lowly fraudulent company hears his name, he would certainly not dare to ignore it.

Axel felt relieved and quickly expressed his gratitude, “Thank you, Don Albert!”

Don Albert smiled pleasantly, “In the future, just focus on business. As long as you’re making money, I’ll back you up.”

Axel was overjoyed and humbly replied, “Thank you, Don Albert! With your support, I will continue to work hard and make a fortune together!”

Although Axel lacked an impressive background in Aurous Hill, his intelligence and unscrupulousness were his advantages.

He engaged in financial schemes and fraud, knowing he could not handle such large sums alone, so he sought Don Albert’s assistance in exchange for a share of his illegal profits.
